We will add a surplus and delivery fee to your groceries bill due to extra traveling time and expenses. 

We will send you an invoice. You can pay using Venmo, QuickBooks or Zelle. Processing fee may apply if paying with credit card.

Yes! We have experienced chefs available to work with any kind of dietary restrictions.

Extra fee may apply depending on Dietary needs. We will discuss any additional costs with the client prior to service. 

Our food is fully cooked unless discussed otherwise beforehand with the client.

We will label every container with an oven temperature setting and how long it will take to safely reheat.

It really depends on what you are reheating. If you are reheating a meal with sauce, you don’t want to defrost to create extra moisture. We suggest you cook from frozen.
Example:
Lasagna – preheat oven @350 and cook for 50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
We are always a text or phone call away from our clients. If you are reheating anything and are not sure what you should do, please contact your assigned chef or us directly.

We can’t predetermine how much the ingredients will cost since our menu changes on a weekly basis, and we shop for each client individually.

We suggest our clients to keep in mind that:
7 days: rice, pasta, eggs, vegetables
5 days: poultry
4 days: steak
3 days: seafood

We suggest a high temperature. Pre heat your oven at 425 degrees and cook for 5-10 minutes or until desired temperature is reached.
